Sailing Activities
Cruiser
Members participate in club races, rallies and group saunters as well as competing against other clubs in the SWSA (Southampton Water Sailing Association).
The sailors at the club are a friendly bunch who are always keen to promote more participation. So, whether you are a novice or an experienced sailor, come along and join in as a skipper or as a crew member.
Dinghy
The club has a number of sailing dinghies that are available for recreational sailing and racing in club events, including Wayfarers, Picos, Lasers and Fusions
We have a fantastic team of RYA accredited instructors who run FREE training weekends for members and their families. Contact our membership secretary to talk about everything we offer to our members or contact our training lead to arrange your trial day. During your trial, you will spend a day at the club, learn the basics of sailing and meet some of the team.
Kayaks
The Kayak Club is open to all members to take part on the water with their own or Club Kayaks, the section has been very popular with groups exploring the area together. Club Kayaks can be booked for use by members.

As a family based sailing club we can cater for all your sailing needs from juniors through to seniors. From Dinghy to cruisers we have everything available, including a comfortable clubhouse with showers, kitchen facilities and a licensed bar.
As a recognised RYA training centre we can offer training at all levels within dinghy, powerboat and cruiser classes.
