Ashore in row F.  Mooring & Winter Storage all paid for current year. Extensive refit since purchase in 2022. New 10kgDelta anchor +30m 8mm chain, plus rode.  Also available, but not fitted: backup echo sounder (transducer bonded in), electric bilge pump, AIS reciever & Ship to shore VHF.
